In the last years new acommodation forms in privileged milieus or in old historic buildings have appeared. The two new hotel categories are the rural hotels and inland hotels.
Rural hotels are old tradicional fincas (country houses) converted into hotel establishments but maintainig their farming activity. There are two rural hotels in Alcúdia.
