Cultural Routes
Alcanada
This cultural route starts in Alcúdia. Take the C-713 road to Port d'Alcúdia that passes near the Roman Theater. You'll go by the fishing harbour and the former power station before reaching Torre Major, which was built in the beginning of the 17th century as a watchtower in the days of the pirates.
The final destination is Alcanada, a peaceful beach surrounded by pine trees with a beautiful islet with a lighthouse right in front. It's a low coast pebble beach surrounded by vegetation that goes all the way down to the coastline. Nearby you'll find the Alcanada Golf Club. This trip is 5,5 km long from Alcúdia to the lighthouse in Alcanada.
